Supported by their right-hand man, Sous Chef Byron Thebus, the team delivers food that is honest, exciting and unforgettable.
Our small yet dynamite kitchen team brings a fresh take on gourmet street food, combining quality ingredients with refined techniques and urban flair. Every dish is designed to be loved, shared and enjoyed, because for us, food is about connection. It’s about the conversations around the table, the memories made, and the joy that happens when great food is at the center of it all.

Beyond the kitchen, Urban Playground is deeply rooted in community. Together with Sense of Taste Chef School, we proudly run a feeding program that provides meals to over 1,500 people every week. Giving back is part of who we are, and we remain committed to supporting our local community and fighting hunger – one meal at a time.
